  • We ship throughout Canada and the USA.
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99 before taxes and after discounts. $15 flat rate shipping to Canada and USA for orders under $99.
  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 hours of placing your order. They are shipped within three business days.
  • We ship using multiple carriers but all orders will be sent with expedited and tracked shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive your order within 15 business days, please contact us.
  • We offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY for Okotoks, Alberta, Canada postal codes. If your shipping address is within the delivery zone, you will see this option at checkout. If you choose Local Delivery, we will reach out to you and schedule a delivery window. 
  • Make sure to fill out your shipping address accurately to an address that can receive packages. If the address provided is incorrect, we cannot take responsibility for that package. Nor can we take responsibility for a package marked as delivered by the carrier which is stolen or misplaced thereafter. If a package is unable to be delivered, it may be sent back to us. We will not be able to refund your purchase until the package arrives. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order, a $15 flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us within 10 days of your order delivery date.
  • All returns must be mailed back to us in the condition you received them, unused and in original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will let you know if you are eligible for a refund. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for refunding items that do not arrive. 
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order, a $15 flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Any returns from the USA will be responsible for duties charged to us upon return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, if you are approved, then your refund (less original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive an email confirming the refund. Please note, it can take up to 10 business days for your credit to show up in your bank account.
  • Exchanges will be treated as a new order and there may be charges for shipping.
  • We offer FREE RETURNS and exchanges for all local addresses within the Okotoks, AB delivery zone.
  • Gift cards, sale items, and consumables are FINAL SALE.
  • In the event your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the products in the packing materials. Send the photos and your contact information to info@shopunderthewillowtree.ca. We need to be notified about damages within 48 hours of your order being delivered to file an insurance claim with the carrier. We will refund you the cost of the damaged item or replace the item when stock is available, free of charge.
